IBMYP Magnet Middle School **************************************** The
National Beta Club promotes character, develops leadership skills, encourages
service involvement, recognizes achievement, and provides technological
advantages to students in grades 5 - 12. We
meet once a month to participate in various activities. Meetings are held in the
Media Center from 2:15 - 3:00 p.m. Rides need to be at school to pick-up
students no later than 3:00 p.m. The dates for the
2006-2007 school year are:

Beta Club Officers **************************************** A huge thanks to all
students who helped with the Jungle Bell Run. **************************************** EVENTS **************************************** Applications for 2008-2009 school year will be send home with the 6th and 7th graders 2nd trimester report cards. All current members (2007-2008) must reapply to be an active member for 2008-2009. Beta
Club membership requirements are the following: *
3.5 GPA for 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarter *
Outstanding conduct - one average is allowed on the report card *
All 6th and 7th graders can apply * Membership dues are $18.00 (new members) and $5.00 (current members) **************************************** Beta
