Daniels Honors Chorus

The Daniels Honors Chorus is comprised of dedicated 7th and 8th grade vocal students who enjoy performing a variety of choral literature. The Honors Chorus performs at school and community events along with attending a National Competition each year. Recent competitions were located in Washington DC, Gatlinburg, Atlanta and New York. The Daniels Honors Chorus has received superior ratings at the district level and brought home 1st place trophies from all national competitions in the past three years.

Members of the Honors Chorus may choose to audition for the North Carolina Honors Chorus, a choir comprised of the top 180 vocal students in the entire state. In the past three years, Daniels has had 10 vocal students represent our school in this elite choral ensemble.
